Walking: Adding more

Glad I walked when I did. Getting dark out there now! Gotta remember the days are getting shorter. *sigh*
Since I took yesterday off, I changed my route up a bit and took the big loop in neighboring Cherry Park. That big hill is still a killer! Don't think I'll ever try walking up it. Down is enough. Found a whole new set of leg muscles. LOL I came back up to our neighborhood and took the big loop there without the hill. Still easing back into longer walks and tougher ones. I was def. pooped by the time I finished. :P Weather was good. Mostly cloudy but little patches of blue sky. Temps in the mid 60s.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention that I lost 2 more pounds!!!! Woot! My weight is the lowest it's been in 9 years! Cutting back on my food this week and all the walking are really paying off! \0/
