Had to talk myself into walking today. Had a crazy morning where I woke up at the ungodly hour of 6:20 when the sun was barely up! I'd only had about 3 hours sleep. *sigh* Silly body. That's what I get for going to bed earlier last night. :P Normally, I don't walk when I haven't gotten enough sleep. I find it's harder. But I'd taken a nap before lunch and I felt okay. Glad I went because it was fine. My legs didn't even hurt like they normally do. :) I took the big loop thru our neighborhood w/the hill and then the medium loop w/out it. I guess I was also highly motivated because I weighed myself this morning and I'm up another friggin' pound! Ugh! It could be because I'm approaching that time of the month, but still, I want to go the other direction! At least it wasn't raining, the breeze was very light, and while it was pretty cloudy, it was overly cold (like it was this morning, which is why I waited 'til afternoon).
