Got a busy day ahead so I walked in the morning today. Didn't go as far as the 2 miles yesterday and my legs protested more, but some walking is better than none at all, so I'll take it as a win. Same weather as yesterday, too...cool and overcast. Was a whole pound less today...progress! Now to keep it off. Since we'll be eating out for supper tonight I'll really have to watch myself and order something sensible. Wish me luck!
