Our first really warm day of the year with temps in the mid-60s and the sun shining. Should've made me feel good, but in my mental state at the moment that's simply not going to happen. So far, the changes in my eating habits are showing some effect. Haven't gained anymore and actually lost another pound. Pushed myself (due to my mental state) and walked over 2 miles again.
