With temps this first day of summer getting into the upper 70s, I ended up taking my walk in the last couple of hours of daylight. There was no breeze at all, but the shadows were long so I didn't get too hot. However, my legs did hurt a little. More of a dull ache, but I kept going (nearly 2 miles!). I dropped a half pound, but that's better than gaining one, so I'm hopeful that I'm heading the right direction now.
