Since I actually got up in the morning today, I thought I'd try walking before lunch. Worked pretty well, I'd say. No leg pain!!!! OMG It was incredible! I got a little tired past the halfway point, but then I got a resurgence and actually walked a little longer. Over 2 miles! Woot!!! Had to wear a belt with my jeans today for that loose-fitting pair I mentioned yesterday. That certainly helped. Wow, what a great walk. Wish they were all like that. Edit: Ooopsie. Got so excited over a great walk that I forgot to mention the weather. It was overcast and fine temperature-wise: 63. I was able to walk w/out a jacket, now that's something with the weather we've had lately. Took the umbrella just in case, but never needed it.
