Since the temps finally got close or into the low 50s for the first time in over a week today, I decided to get back to the exercise routine. My weight has been holding fairly steady and I don't want to gain anymore. Wish I'd walked a little earlier when the sun was still out, but it wasn't too bad. A little chilly because of the breeze, but that's all. Gotta start losing this weight for VanCon!
